My wife and I went on the 6 day ``Amazon Rainforest & Bolivian Pampas Ultimate Wildlife Tour`` with Nicks Adventures in February and we cannot recommend the trip highly enough. We have had been traveling around South America for a few months and we were both extremely impressed by Nick's attention to detail and responsiveness. The whole trip was very well thought out and everything was planned ahead. Having the opportunity to visit Rurre was an experience in and by itself as it was very cool to have the opportunity to visit a smaller Bolivian town in the rainforest that did not have as many tourists as other, more conventional tourist destinations in Bolivia. The trip was an amazing wildlife experience that started with a 4 day trip deep into the Amazon from Rurrenabaque to the eco lodge located the farthest in possible into the rainforest. At the camp, the staff and guides were truly exceptional, everything was very well planned and our guide Marco was both knowledgeable and a great guy to hang out with. The daily hikes and activities were incredibly exciting abd although we missed out on the famous Jaguar we saw plenty of other exciting wildlife such as tarantulas, different species of monkeys, deer, maccaws and many other animals. However, just being that deep in the rainforest, so far away from any other towns would have been a worthy experience in and by itself. After our visit in the rainforest, we took the boat back to Rurre and slept there overnight before heading out on the Pampas leg of the tour. Although we only spent 1 night in the Pampas, this experience was nothing short of incredible. We saw an incredible array of different types of birds, marsupials, different species of monkeys, caymans, capybaras among others. However, the true highlight was seeing (and swimming with!!!) the pink river dolphins. The dolphins were out of this world and we had the opportunity to enter the water and the dolphins would swim by in a playful manner, completely on their own accord and on their own terms. It was truly an experience nether my wife or I will ever forget. Unofrutnately the waters were too high to see anacondas but you can't have everything :). In summary, I cannot recommend Nicks Adventures enough and if you have the opportunity to travel to Bolivia, and want to do something a little off the beaten path while also experiencing nature in its truest form, Nicks Adventures is for you.

We booked 3 different tours last month through Nick's adventures and we definitely recommend it. Perfect organisation, excellent reliable, knowledgeable guides and amazing nature wherever you go. Safe adventure at its best. Even if it could be difficult to see animals up close because of high and thick vegetation, walking in jungles is an unforgetable experience. I faced a jaguar at night with Nick, and we twice came along pumas on foot which was absolutely breathtaking ! The 3 places: Kaa iya, Amboro & Beracco are really worth visiting; each with different atmosphere and vegetation. Amazonia is probably the most incredible. We've been watching 100 pecaris (wild pigs) for an hour from aplatform in the forest ! Thanks to the guides (Nick of course, Miriam & Pedro),and the staff including the good Chefs. We already feel like going back again, and will do.
