Join us on this incredible 3 day/2 night La Paz Tour package where our expert guides take you to explore the main highlights of this spectacular region. Our La Paz and Lake Titicaca combination tour includes an educational City tour of La Paz, Cultural visit to Tiwanaku Ruins and a magical overnight visit to Lake Titicaca and Isla de Sol.

As per our other package tours, we will arrange everything, from airport pickups, hotels and transfers – we will take care of it. This way you can just relax and enjoy what this amazing region has to offer.

DAY 1

Day 1 La Paz- Valley de la Luna, City Tour and Copacabana.

Day 1 : Hotel pick up and we depart to explore the wealthy Southern Side of La Paz and we have a short visit to the unique Valley de la Luna afterwards we have a spectacular trip on the Teleferico which is the most modern mode of transport in Bolivia, this trip provides spectacular aerial views of the City. We then visit the oldest colonial street in La Paz and visit some Museums, Plaza Murillo and other attractions. Our next stop is to explore the famous Witches markets which showcases the unique culture and beliefs of many living here. We will also have the opportunity to sample local foods as well * Please note that our guides will refuse the buying of the Lake Titicaca frog for consumption, its driving this endemic species to extinction and tourism is sadly playing a major role.

After the Witches markets we head towards the Southern Side of Lake Titicaca, enjoy the views and we stop for lunch and visit culturally important sites in Copacabana. Dinner and overnight in Copacabana.

DAY 2

DAY 2: COPACABANA LAKE TITICACA – ISLA DE SOL

Breakfast and we depart for a boat trip to the ISLA DE LA LUNA, a place of much importance as it’s where the Virgin of the Sun and Convento Ruins are located, we have a community visit as well as trying typical indigenous food on the island. We depart the Isla de Luna on route to the Isla de Sol which remains the largest and most culturally important area of Lake Titicaca. Here we explore the island, learn of its history and visit the Inca ruins of the Island. In the evening we arrive to the Eco lodge and marvel at the world class sunset. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

DAY 3

DAY 3: ISLA DE SOL – TIWANAKU RUINS AND LA PAZ

Breakfast and we walk down the famous Inca stairs, here we say goodbye to the island and have a boat trip back to Copacabana, and we meet our driver and then head towards the most significant Incan ruins in Bolivia, the spectacular Tiwanaku Ruins. Our expert guide will explain the history and stories behind these incredible ruins and we will also visit the surrounding museums. Lunch before we make our way back to your hotel or airport.
