Jesuit Missions Tours

Hotel pick up and we drive towards the first of our stops which is the Mission Church of San Javier, along the way we pass Pailon the gate to the Jesuit Missions, we also pass endless kilometres of Soya and learn about the history of how Santa Cruz as a city has changed and developed. Keep an eye out for Greater Rheas and Touca Toucans which are commonly seen along this drive as well.

We arrive to San Javier, have lunch and then have a guided tour of the San Javier Mission Church, we also visit the Missional Museum, and a beautiful area with unique rocks, buffalos, and a lagoon with volcanic rocks.

We continue on our journey to Concepcion where we will arrive around 1800-1900, check into our hotel and have a look at the beautifully constructed Church from its night perspective. Dinner and retire for the night.
